2024 | Minneapolis Market Refresh
In 2024, we delivered a 15-store refresh program throughout the Minneapolis market within a two-month execution window. Each location followed a standardized scope while maintaining flexibility to address site-specific conditions.

- Managed all trades, vendors, and site logistics across 15 active locations concurrently

- Delivered each store on a two-week rotational cycle, keeping the overall program on pace

- Completed an 8-store refresh program concurrently with the Chicagoland rollout
