Today, he leads with a strong focus on client relationships, project execution, and customer satisfaction, bringing a rare, full-scope understanding of construction—from jobsite operations to owner representation. His hands-on experience and commitment to excellence continue to drive the company’s reputation for reliability, quality, and long-term partnerships.

Ronald Martinez
Senior Superintendent
Ronald Martínez brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction and retail remodels, with a strong background in nationwide rollout programs and large-scale capital improvement projects. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for leading field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and successfully delivering projects for nationally recognized brands including Home Depot, Best Buy, CVS, Walmart, and IKEA.
Beginning his career in exterior construction in 2001, Ronald developed a strong foundation in hands-on field work before advancing into leadership roles managing complex retail remodels and commercial build-outs across the country. He has supervised crews of 50+ tradespeople, coordinated multi-trade operations, and maintained strict safety and scheduling standards on fast-paced construction projects.
Now serving as Superintendent at SF Construction, Ronald oversees field operations, manages subcontractor coordination, and ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. His extensive industry experience, bilingual communication skills, and proven leadership in the field make him a key asset to the successful delivery of our projects.
Eric Skenduli
Superintendent
Eric Skenduli has been a valued member of our team for the past two years, quickly adapting to his role as Superintendent and becoming a dependable leader in the field. Though newer to the position, he has demonstrated strong initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping projects running efficiently and on schedule.
Eric is highly effective in coordinating trades, maintaining jobsite organization, and proactively identifying and communicating issues before they impact progress. His responsiveness, work ethic, and focus on smooth project execution make him a key contributor to the success of every job he oversees.
Emerson Hernandez Diaz
Superintendent
Emerson brings several years of hands-on construction experience across both residential renovations and commercial build-outs. Early in his career, he worked with D&D Construction, focusing on residential kitchen and bathroom renovations throughout Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia.
He later served as a Superintendent at October Contracting, where he managed commercial construction projects for brands including Mason’s Famous Lobster, Buffalo Wild Wings GO, and Dunkin’. In this role, he oversaw daily field operations, coordinated subcontractors, and ensured projects were completed efficiently and to high standards.
At SF Construction, Emerson now serves as a Superintendent overseeing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining jobsite organization to ensure projects run smoothly and stay on schedule. His strong field experience and proactive approach make him a reliable leader on our job sites.
James Spain
Site Foreman
James Spain brings over 30 years of experience in construction, with a deep passion for the hands-on nature of the work and the satisfaction that comes from seeing a project take shape from start to finish. His decades of field experience give him a strong understanding of jobsite operations, craftsmanship, and the coordination required to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
As a Site Foreman at SF Construction, James plays a key role in managing daily field activities, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring work is performed safely and according to plan. He helps maintain jobsite organization, monitors progress, and communicates closely with project managers and superintendents to address challenges quickly and keep projects on schedule. His experience, leadership, and dedication to quality make him an important part of our field operations.
